摘 要:为提高果蔬中有机磷农药残留的检测效率,以气相色谱法作为评判依据,比较分析了胶体金免疫层析法与酶抑制率法对9种果蔬样品的检测结果。结果显示,酶抑制率法适用于大剂量有机磷农药残留检测,但检出限较高,易发生假阴性检测风险;胶体金免疫层析法在单项农药残留检测中拥有较高灵敏度,且具有操作简单、检测时效高等特点,在蔬菜水果农药残留的快速检测以及基层监管中表现出良好的应用优势。To improve the detection efficiency of organophosphate pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables,gas chromatography was used as the evaluation basis to compare and analyze the detection results of colloidal gold immunochromatography and enzyme inhibition rate method on 9 fruit and vegetable samples.The results showed that the enzyme inhibition rate method is suitable for detecting high-dose organophosphate pesticide residues,but the detection limit is high and there is a risk of false negative detection;colloidal gold immunochromatography has high sensitivity in the detection of single pesticide residues,and has the characteristics of simple operation and high detection time.It has shown good application advantages in the rapid detection of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits,as well as grassroots supervision.
