饮用水中金属元素检测方法分析及质量控制探讨

摘  要:随着工业化和城镇化的加速推进,饮用水中的金属元素污染问题日益突出。这些金属元素通过饮用水进入人体后可能对健康造成严重危害,如铅会损害神经系统,汞具有极强的神经毒性,镉可导致骨质疏松。目前主要采用原子吸收分光光度法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法和原子荧光光谱法进行检测。为保证检测结果可靠性,需要在样品采集、前处理、分析测试和数据处理等环节实施严格的质量控制措施。通过建立完善的质量控制体系,规范检测流程,加强人员培训,持续提高检测质量管理水平,从而为饮用水安全监测提供可靠的技术支撑。With the accelerated industrialization and urbanization,metal-element pollution in drinking water has become increasingly prominent.Once ingested through drinking water,these metals can pose serious health risks.For instance,lead can damage the nervous system,mercury exhibits strong neurotoxicity,and cadmium can lead to osteoporosis.Currently,the main detection methods include atomic absorption spectrophotometry,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy.To ensure the reliability of the results,stringent quality control measures must be implemented at each stage,including sample collection,pretreatment,analytical testing,and data processing.By establishing a comprehensive quality control system,standardizing testing procedures,strengthening personnel training,and continually improving quality management,reliable technical support can be provided for the monitoring of drinking water safety.
