摘　　要：为提高生活饮用水实验室检测的安全水平、能力、准确性和风险应对能力,对整个检测过程的风险进行科学评估,制订相应的预防、纠正措施。本文拟通过对检测过程涉及的安全、质控、人员、设备、环境场所、标准物质、抽样、样品和报告等方面进行风险识别,针对情况制订控制措施,形成实验室风险管理,健全实验室管理体系。To enhance the safety level,capacity,accuracy and risk response capability of laboratory testing for drinking water,a scientific assessment of risks throughout the testing process is conducted,and corresponding preventive and corrective measures are formulated.This paper intends to identify risks in aspects such as safety,quality control,personnel,equipment,environmental facilities,standard substances,sampling,samples,and reports involved in the testing process,and formulate control measures based on the identified situations to form a laboratory risk management system and improve the laboratory management system.
