基于文化景观基因编辑的工业遗产片区更新方法——以重庆发电厂为例

摘  要:近年来,我国愈发重视工业遗产的保护与利用工作,遗产景观的层积性价值与整体性保护越来越受重视。文化景观基因理论作为文化遗产保护领域的重要理论,强调景观在时空维度上的层积性与根植性。以景观基因理论与工业遗产特性为着眼点,提出工业遗产片区文化景观基因的“基因识别—基因诊断—基因编辑”方法:首先,根据保护利用目标与场地现状特征确定4个层级、16项指标的基因识别体系,结合现场踏勘与问卷数据完成基因识别;其次,引入IPA分析法定量诊断片区文化景观情况,划分优势区、维持区、改进区、机会区基因;最后,分区提出景观基因的植入、转译、修补、复制等编辑方法。同时,将该方法引入重庆发电厂片区文化景观的保护与优化实践,以期为工业遗产片区文化景观的研究与实践提供有益借鉴。In recent years,the preservation and utilization of industrial heritage have received increasing attention in China.The stratified and holistic preservation of heritage landscape is being highlighted.As an important theory,cultural landscape gene theory stresses the stratification and originality of landscape in space-temporal dimensions.Based on landscape gene theory and industrial heritage characters,a method of"gene identification-gene diagnosis-gene editing"is proposed:firstly,the gene identification system with 4 layers and 16 indicators is established based on the preservation goals and site characters,and gene identification is conducted on site survey and questionnaire;secondly,the IPA analysis method is introduced to quantitatively diagnose the cultural landscape of the area,dividing it into advantageous area,maintenance area,improving area,and opportunity area;finally,the editing methods of implantation,interpretation,repair,and duplication are proposed for different areas.The approach is practiced in the cultural landscape preservation and optimization of Chongqing Power Plant area,providing reference for the research and practice of industrial heritage cultural landscape.
