摘 要:为了实现城轨列车齿轮箱关键零部件的精准润滑,提升齿轮箱传动效率,基于移动粒子半隐式(Moving Particle Semi-implicit,MPS)法建立某齿轮箱飞溅润滑流场仿真模型;通过飞溅润滑流场分析发现该齿轮箱内集油、导油结构存在不足,并提出低速轴承集油槽顶部增设导油肋和高速轴承集油槽设置在输入轴上方的优化设计方案;研究结构优化前后齿轮箱内集油槽、齿轮啮合区油液粒子数量以及齿轮搅油损耗功率变化规律,并验证结构优化方案的可行性。研究结果表明:低速轴承集油槽处增设导油肋可显著提升集油槽的集油量;改进高速轴承集油槽位置可提高对飞溅油液的利用率,显著提升高速轴承供油量,同时保证轮齿啮合区连续供油。结构优化后齿轮搅油损耗功率降低了20%~30%,有效提升了齿轮箱传动效率。In order to achieve accurate lubrication of key components of gearboxes of urban rail trains,improve the transmission efficiency of gearboxes,based on the Moving Particle Semi-implicit(MPS)method,a simulation model of the spray lubrication flow field in a gearbox was established.Through the splash lubrication flow field analysis,the shortcomings of the oil collecting sump and the oil guiding structure of the gearbox were analyzed.The optimal design scheme of adding oil guide ribs at the top of oil sump of low-speed bearing and setting the oil sump of the high-speed bearing above the input shaft was put forward.The oil particle numbers in the oil sump and gear engagement zone in the gearbox and the churning power loss before and after the structural optimization were studied,and the feasibility of the structural optimization scheme was verified.The results show that the oil collecting capacity of the oil sump can be significantly improved by adding oil guide ribs at the oil sump of the low-speed bearing.Improving the position of oil sump of high-speed bearing can improve the utilization rate of oil splash,significantly increase the oil supply of the high-speed bearing,and ensure continuous oil supply in the gear tooth engagement zone.After the structure optimization,the churning power loss of gears is reduced by 20%to 30%,and the transmission efficiency of the gear box is effectively improved.
