摘　　要：全过程人民民主有其深厚的理论基础和实践积淀,是社会主义民主的本质彰显和价值旨归。从历史递嬗、理论向度、实践逻辑等方面考察,全过程人民民主是中国共产党探索中国式民主模式的丰厚成果,是马克思主义民主理论穿越时空的当代出场,是中华优秀传统政治文化思想创新与发展的历史必然,从根本上超越了西方民主理论;同时,全过程人民民主也是立足于新时代新征程现代化建设的实践需要。明晰全过程人民民主的历史、理论、实践逻辑,从历史中汲取教训,在实践中创新理论,可以更好地促进人的自由而全面发展,有助于铸牢中华民族共同体意识,并为中国式现代化提供强大的推动力。Whole-process people′s democracy,as a brand-new form of Chinese-style democracy and a new practice and new mechanism for the people to be the masters of the country,is the essence and value of socialist democracy.Whole-process people′s democracy has its profound theoretical foundation and practical accumulation.Examined from the aspects of historical progression,theoretical orientation,and practical logic,it is a rich achievement of the Communist Party of China in exploring the Chinese-style democratic model,a contemporary manifestation of Marxist democratic theory transcending time and space,and a historical necessity for the innovation and development of China′s excellent traditional political and cultural thoughts.It fundamentally surpasses Western democratic theory.At the same time,whole-process people′s democracy is also based on the practical needs of modernization in the new era and on the new journey.By clarifying the historical,theoretical,and practical logic of whole-process people′s democracy,drawing lessons from history,and innovating theories in practice,we can better promote the free and allround development of people,help forge the sense of community of the Chinese nation,and provide a powerful impetus for Chinese-style modernization.
