摘  要:“双减”政策的持续推进对家庭、学校和社会协同育人格局提出了新的挑战与要求,需重新定义家庭教育的初心、学校教育的改革方向和社会教育的责任。当前,家校社的协同育人面临着角色定位模糊、沟通不畅、联动松散和合作机制欠缺四大困境。为推进家校社的协同育人必须从以下四方面着力:畅通沟通渠道,提升协同育人效率;明确角色定位,强化协同育人共识;加强联动合作,增强协同育人保障;完善育人机制,落实协同育人目标。通过以上措施,能有效促进家校社协同育人机制的完善,共同推动学生的全面发展与健康成长。The continuous implementation of the"dual reduction"policy has put forward new challenges and requirements for the synergistic education pattern of families,schools,and society,necessitating a redefinition of the initial intent of family education,the reform direction of school education,and the responsibilities of social education.Currently,the synergistic education of families,schools,and society is facing four major dilemmas:unclear role positioning,poor communication,loose coordination,and a lack of cooperation mechanisms.To promote synergistic education among families,schools,and society,it is necessary to focus on the following four aspects:smoothing communication channels to enhance synergistic education efficiency;clarifying role positioning to strengthen synergistic education consensus;enhancing coordination and cooperation to enhance synergistic education safeguards;and improving the education mechanism to implement synergistic education goals.Through these measures,the synergistic education mechanism can be effectively improved,and the comprehensive development and healthy growth of students can be jointly promoted.
