摘　　要：在深入实施文旅文创融合战略背景下,探讨文旅文创融合语境下文旅创意人才培养的重要性的同时,在研究文旅文创融合理论与高职文旅创意人才培养模式的基础上,从旅游学、教育学、艺术学等多学科交叉研究视角出发,对高职院校文旅创意人才培养现状及困境进行解析,旨在提出文旅文创融合背景下高职文旅创意人才培养的建设性策略,为探索高职文旅创意人才培养模式改革提供有益借鉴。In the context of deepening the implementation of the strategy of cultural,tourism,and creative integration,this article explores the importance of cultivating creative talents in the context of cultural,tourism,and creative integration.Based on the study of the theory of cultural,tourism,and creative integration and the training mode of creative talents in higher vocational education,from the perspective of interdisciplinary research such as tourism,education,and art,this article analyzes the current situation and difficulties of cultivating creative talents in higher vocational education.The aim is to propose constructive strategies for cultivating creative talents in higher vocational education under the background of cultural,tourism,and creative integration,and provide useful reference for exploring the reform of the training mode of creative talents in higher vocational education.
