摘 要:文章首先探讨新能源商用车动力系统的定义及其关键构成部分。随后,基于NEDC(New European Driving Cycle,新欧洲驾驶循环)循环工况特征,构建电机驱动系统和动力电池系统的数学模型并进行匹配研究。在此基础上,利用MATLAB仿真软件,从动力性和续驶里程两大维度分析整车性能。最终,通过将MATLAB仿真结果与实车测试数据进行科学对比,有效验证所提出计算方法的精准度及其满足整车设计需求与期望的实际效果。This article initially examines the definition and critical components of the powertrain for new energy commercial vehicles.Subsequently,mathematical models for the motor drive system and power battery system were developed and studied for compatibility based on the NEDC(New European Driving Cycle)cycle characteristics.Building on this foundation,the performance of the entire vehicle was analyzed using MATLAB simulation software,focusing on two key areas:power output and driving range.Finally,through a rigorous comparison between MATLAB simulation results and real vehicle test data,the proposed calculation method's precision and its effectiveness in fulfilling the vehicle's design requirements and expectations were conclusively validated.
