重型混合动力电动汽车能量消耗量的测试研究

摘  要:本文以总质量4495kg的新款混合动力轻卡为对象,依据2021版试验标准测试能量消耗量。在(23±1)℃环境仓内,完成车辆安全检查、配载、行驶阻力测定、充电、移动车辆等准备工作后,以CHTC-LT工况进行试验,采集多组数据。经复杂数据处理,得出该车综合折算燃料消耗量为7.86L/100km,与同款燃油车相比,节油率达27.2%。研究表明,混合动力电动汽车优势明显,能为用户节省成本、创造价值,且试验关键与难点在于数据处理环节。This paper takes the new hybrid light truck with a total mass of 4495kg as the object,and tests the energy consumption according to the test standard of 2021 edition.In the(23±1)℃environment,after completing the vehicle safety inspection,loading,driving resistance measurement,charging,moving vehicle and other preparatory work,CHTC-LT conditions were tested and multiple sets of data were collected.After complex data processing,it is concluded that the comprehensive converted fuel consumption of the vehicle is 7.86L/100km,and the fuel saving rate is 27.2%compared with the same type of fuel vehicles.The research shows that hybrid electric vehicles have obvious advantages,which can save costs and create value for users,and the key and difficult point of the test is data processing.
