摘  要:压力传感器广泛应用在工业自动化、汽车电子、医疗设备和消费电子等领域,在汽车中的发动机、空调和TPMS(汽车轮胎压力监测系统)等零部件大量应用。标定过程是压力传感器关键工艺,标定过程中的保压和温控是该工艺的关键控制特性,为了确保传感器完全达到设定温度,标定过程需要很长的温度稳定时间,也需要高精度的温度和压力控制,为生产带来较大的困难,生产节拍难以提高,产量受到制约。新开发的压力传感器标定算法,将有效减少高精度压力和温度控制设备,避免昂贵设备投资,并且降低生产时间,提高生产率。文章以TPMS为例,介绍新标定设计方案,其他压力检测产品也可以借鉴。Pressure sensors are widely used in industrial automation,automotive electronics,medical equipment and consumer electronics and other fields,in the automotive engine,air conditioning and TPMS(automotive tire pressure monitoring system)and other parts are widely used.The calibration process is the key process of pressure sensor,and the pressure holding and temperature control in the calibration process are the key control characteristics of the process.In order to ensure that the sensor fully reaches the set temperature,the calibration process requires a long temperature stability time,and also requires high-precision temperature and pressure control,which brings greater difficulties to the production,and the production beat is difficult to improve,and the output is restricted.The newly developed pressure sensor calibration algorithm will effectively reduce high-precision pressure and temperature control equipment,avoid expensive equipment investment,and reduce production time and improve productivity.This paper will take TPMS as an example to introduce the new calibration design scheme,and other pressure detection products can also be used for reference.
