摘 要:为解决某混动SUV在怠速工况下存在后排轰鸣、压耳感问题,文章采用源-路径-响应分析思路,确定贡献量大的影响因素;通过优化排气系统吊耳硬度提升隔振率以及优化怠速转速与整车匹配,避开整车声腔模态,解决后排轰鸣问题。结果表明,后排声压级降低至42dB(A),主客观测试达到目标要求。该研究对后期产品开发过程中的同类问题具有可推广和借鉴意义,可有效提升整车NVH性能。In order to address the issue of rear roar and ear pressure in a hybrid SUV under idle conditions,source-path-response analysis was employed to identify key contributing factors.By optimizing the exhaust system's lifting lug hardness to enhance vibration isolation and fine-tuning the idle speed to avoid vehicle voice mode,the rear roar problem has been successfully resolved.The results demonstrate a reduction in rear sound pressure level to 42dB(A),meeting both subjective and objective test requirements.This research can be widely applied as a reference for similar issues during future product development processes,effectively enhancing vehicle NVH performance.
