摘　　要：基于扎根理论,通过对南宁市5家城市社区卫生服务中心的实地访谈,并运用NVivo12plus软件进行编码分析,凝练出涵盖基础条件、卫生技术人员、服务项目三个核心范畴和14项二级指标的南宁市社区卫生服务能力分析框架,该框架对突发公共卫生事件的回应,对现行标准的理论解析与调查研究,均具有一定的实践指导意义。Based on Grounded Theory,this paper conducts on-site interviews with five community health service centers in Nanning City,and performs a coding analysis in Nvivo 12 plus.Through this process,an analysis framework for community health service capacity in Nanning City is refined,covering three core categories:basic conditions,health technicians,and service items,as well as 14 secondary indicators.This framework has certain practical guiding significance for responding to public health emergencies and for the theoretical interpretation and investigation of current standards.
