基于层次分析法的小净距地铁盾构施工对既有隧道影响研究

摘  要:近接工程施工中,新建地铁隧道必然会对既有隧道的结构稳定性造成影响,为探究小净距情况下新建地铁盾构隧道施工对既有隧道的影响规律,文章依托青岛地铁6号线海港路站—朝阳山路站区间内的矿山法既有隧道和盾构法新建隧道小净距段,通过理论分析、数值模拟等方法研究小净距盾构施工对既有隧道的影响。结论如下:①利用层次分析法对准则层4项因素和指标层13项因素进行权重计算,给出13项因素对目标问题的权重总排序,得出权重占比最大的2项影响因素为围岩等级和隧道净距;②围岩等级相同时,既有隧道拱顶沉降量和影响显著性都随着净距的增大而减小,隧道净距相同时,既有隧道拱顶沉降量随着围岩级别的增高而增大,影响显著性则随着围岩等级的增高而逐渐减小。During the adjacent project construction,the new metro tunnel will inevitably affect the structural stability of the existing tunnel.To explore the influence of the new metro shield tunnel construction on the existing tunnel in the case of small clearance distance,this article relies on the existing tunnel of mining method and the small clearance distance section of the new tunnel of the shield method in the section between Haigang Road station to Chaoyangshan Road station of Qingdao metro line 6,and studies the influence of small clearance distance shield construction on the existing tunnel through means such as theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The conclusions are as follows:①Using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of 4 factors at the criterion level and 13 factors at the indicator level,and giving the total ranking of the weights of the 13 factors on the target issue,it is concluded that the 2 influencing factors with the largest weights are the enclosing rock grade and the tunnel clearance distance;②When the enclosing rock grade is the same,the amount of settlement of the arch crown as well as the influence of the significance of the existing tunnel are reduced with the increase of the clearance distance;when the clearance distance of the tunnel is the same,the amount of arch crown settlement of existing tunnels increases with the increase of the surrounding rock grade,and the significance of the effect decreases with the increase of the surrounding rock grade.
