基于ELECTREⅢ的区间概率不确定语言多属性决策方法

摘　　要：针对属性值为区间概率不确定语言形式的决策问题,提出了一种基于ELECTREⅢ的多属性决策方法。首先,通过引入得分变量和标准差定义了区间概率不确定语言术语集的满意变量,给出了区间概率不确定语言术语集的比较方法;其次,基于ELECTREⅢ法,根据区间概率不确定语言术语集满意变量的可能度确定方案之间的赋值级别高于关系,依据方案的净可信度得到方案的优劣次序;最后利用算例分析说明了该方法的可行性,并且通过与TOPSIS法的比较表明了该方法的有效性。A method is proposed for multi-attribute decision making based on ELECTRE Ⅲ,in which the attribute values are in the form of interval-valued probabilistic uncertain linguistic term sets.Firstly,by introducing the score variable and standard deviation,the satisfactory variable of interval-valued probabilistic uncertain linguistic term sets is defined,and the ranking method of interval-valued probabilistic uncertain linguistic term sets is presented.Then,based on ELECTRE Ⅲ,the valued outranking relation between alternatives is determined according to the possibility degree of satisfactory variable of interval-valued probabilistic uncertain linguistic term sets,and the net credibility degree is displayed to rank all the alternatives.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method,and also the effectivenessof the proposed method is demonstrated by comparing with TOPSIS.
