摘 要:【目的】针对烟箱自动喷码机物料输送过程中大惯性、非线性问题,提出一种基于模糊分数阶PID算法的控制器设计方案,以提高伺服电机位置的控制精度。【方法】通过建立误差控制方程,制定模糊控制规则,在Matlab/Simulink软件中进行仿真与控制实验,并与传统PID控制器进行对比。【结果】实验结果表明:相较于传统PID控制器,模糊分数阶PID控制器具有较小超调量、响应速度快的优点,能更好定位烟箱位置,实现最大位置偏差仅为0.812 mm,且烟箱输送过程平稳、两侧喷印效果较好。【结论】成功验证了模糊分数阶PID算法在伺服电机控制中具有较好性能和稳定性,满足使用需求。[Purposes]Aiming at the large inertia and nonlinearity problems in the material conveying process of cigarette case automatic coding machine,a controller design scheme based on fuzzy fractional-order PID algorithm is proposed to improve the position control accuracy of servo motor.[Methods]By establishing the error control equation,formulating the fuzzy control rules,the simulation and control experiments are carried out in Matlab/Simulink software and compared with the traditional PID controller.[Findings]The conclusion of the evaluation class shows that:compared with the traditional PID controller,the fuzzy fractional-order PID controller has a smaller amount of overshooting and faster response speed;the fuzzy fractional-order PID controller is able to better locate the position of the cigarette box,achieving the maximum positional deviation of only 0.812 mm,and the cigarette box conveying process is smooth,and the effect of spraying prints on both sides is better.[Conclusions]The proposed algorithm is further confirmed to have better performance and stability in servo motor control,which meets the usage requirements.
