文化遗产视角下的区域协同发展研究——以黄河国家文化公园为例

摘　　要：区域协调发展的框架下黄河国家文化公园建设已经初步形成其规划建设纲要,但地区差异、各地优势发挥不充分等问题仍然存在。如何充分发挥各地文化遗产资源优势以此推动区域协调发展是当前亟待解决的问题。为此,首先利用核密度和空间自相关方法明确黄河9省(区)文化遗产的空间分布特征,挖掘黄河各类型文化遗产的资源优势区域和热点区域。其次,从文旅融合发展角度提出以“文化主题公园”模式、集中展示带与区域文化特色城镇相结合等方式促进旅游资源利用和区域协调发展的建议。选择从文化遗产的空间视角开展研究,旨在推动文物文化资源整合与优化,并针对不同区域和分布特点实行不同的利用模式和开发重点,以便有效发挥资源分布优势推动黄河流域各地区的协调发展。The construction of Yellow River National Culture Park under the framework of regional coordinated development has initially formed its planning and construction outline,but regional differences and insufficient utilization of local advantages are obstacles of coordinated development.How to utilize the advantages of cultural heritage to promote the coordinated development is crucial.Therefore,Kernel density and spatial autocorrelation analysis methods are utilized to clarify the spatial distribution characteristics of cultural heritage in the nine provinces(autonomous regions)along the Yellow River,and to explore the resource advantages and hotspot regions of each type of cultural heritage along the Yellow River.From the perspective of integrated cultural and tourism development,suggestions are proposed to promote tourism resources utilization and coordinated development of the regions through modes,such as“cultural theme park”model,and the combination of centralized exhibition belts with towns featuring regional cultural characteristics.By choosing to conduct research from the spatial perspective of cultural heritage,this study aims to promote the integration and optimization of cultural relic and cultural resource,and to implement different utilization modes and development priorities according to different regions and distribution characteristics,so as to effectively take the advantages of the distribution of culture heritages to promote the coordinated regional development in the Yellow River basin area.
