摘 要:针对寒区高铁隧道频繁发生的冻害问题,本文结合隧址区现场监测数据,对两车交会情形下最冷日内隧道洞内外空气和隧道结构层的传热过程进行模拟和分析,并探讨了车速(80~250 km/h)和洞外气温(-4~-30℃)对结构层和洞内空气传热过程的影响,得出以下结论:最冷日隧道洞内空气和结构层内部温度沿纵向方向大体上呈现出对称性,并且在洞口处温度相对较低,活塞风不会改变洞内气温和结构层内温度的整体分布趋势。洞外气温和车速对洞口段附近处的空气温度和二衬内部温度影响较大,且洞外气温越低、车速越大,洞内空气和二衬内部的温度降低越明显。洞外气温对隧道结构层温度影响主要集中在距离隧道洞口500 m范围内,而车速对结构层内温度影响的最大纵向长度则可达1 000 m。Considering the frequent frost damage issues in cold-region high-speed railway tunnels,this study combined on-site monitoring data from the tunnel site to simulate and analyze the heat transfer process between the inside and outside air and the tunnel structure under the scenario of two trains passing in opposite directions on the coldest day.Furthermore,the effects of train speed(80~250 km/h)and external air temperature(-4℃to-30℃)on the structural layers and heat transfer process inside the tunnel were investigated.The conclusions are as follows:the air temperature inside the tunnel and the temperature within the structural layers are symmetrically distributed along the longitudinal direction throughout the tunnel.Moreover,the temperature is relatively lower at both ends of the tunnel,and the piston wind does not affect the distribution of air temperature or the temperature inside the tunnel′s structural layers.However,the outside air temperature and train speed greatly influence the air temperature near the tunnel entrance and the internal temperature of the secondary lining.Specifically,as the outside air temperature decreases and train speed increases,the drop in temperature within the tunnel and the secondary lining becomes more pronounced.The main influence range of outside air temperature extends up to 500 m from the tunnel entrance,whereas the maximum longitudinal impact of train speed on the temperature within the structural layers can reach up to 1000 m.
