摘　　要：产业学院是推进产教融合的关键载体,也是提升高职院校办学能力及人才培养质量的有效途径。沈阳职业技术学院科迪美地坪产业学院是依托建筑工程技术兴辽卓越专业群,对接地坪产业全产业链组建的全国首家地坪产业学院。该学院以实现多元共生、高质量现代化产业学院为建设目标,构建了“四双、三共、两载体”产业学院建设模式。在产业学院教学运行中,健全产业学院办学职能,完善产业学院治理结构,激发了企业内驱力的实现。Industrial college is the key carrier to promote the integration of industry and education,and it is also an effective way to improve the school-running ability and talent training quality of higher vocational colleges.Kedimei Floor Industry College of Shenyang Polytechnic College is the first floor industry college in China,which relies on Liaoning revitalization excellent professional group of construction engineering technology and connects with the whole industry chain of floor industry.To build multi-symbiosis and high-quality industrial college,it establishes the construction mode of industrial college.In the teaching operation of the industrial college,it improves the function,perfects the governance structure of the industrial college,and stimulates the driving force of enterprises.
