摘　　要：本文以酒水知识与服务精品在线开放课程为例进行研究,明确精品在线开放课程升级建设的必要性,分析酒水知识与服务精品在线开放课程建设存在的问题及原因,指出酒水知识与服务精品在线开放课程升级建设的具体路径,并从教学理念、教学团队、课程目标、课程设计、课程内容、课程资源等方面对酒水知识与服务精品在线开放课程升级建设实践进行探讨。Taking the high-quality online open course of beverage knowledge and services as an example,this paper clarifies the necessity of upgrading the construction of high-quality online open course,analyzes the problems and reasons in the construction of the open course,and points out the specific path to upgrading the construction.And it discusses the upgrading practice from such aspects as teaching concept,teaching team,course objectives,course design,course content,and course resources.
