摘  要:现阶段,高职教育在注重提升学生职业技能的同时,通过培养良好的职业行为习惯、树立正确的职业道德观念和职业意识,帮助学生立足职场,为区域经济发展提供支撑。为更好地促进我国高职教育发展,本文分析了高职院校学生在培养过程中存在的问题及原因,借鉴了国外职业教育人才培养的典型做法,探索了我国高职院校学生职业素养提升的路径,为实现“办好人民满意的教育”这一目标提供支撑。At this stage,higher vocational education focuses on improving students’vocational skills,helps students gain a foothold in the workplace,and provides support for regional economic development by cultivating good professional behavior habits and establishing correct professional ethics and professional awareness.In order to better promote the development of higher vocational education in China,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the training process of higher vocational college students,draws on the typical practices of foreign vocational education talent training,and explores the path of improving the professional quality of students in higher vocational colleges in China,so as to provide support for realizing the goal of“running a satisfactory education for the people”.
