雷锋精神融入高职思想政治教育路径研究

摘　　要：将雷锋精神与高职思想政治教育工作相融合,有利于践行社会主义核心价值观、落实立德树人根本任务、培养工匠精神、传承红色文化。因此本文从加大宣传力度,塑造大思政育人模式,创新活动方式和载体,建立有效的激励机制等方面入手,积极探索弘扬雷锋精神、创新思政工作,培育时代新人的有效路径。Integrating Lei Feng spirit into the ideological and political education work in higher vocational colleges is conducive to practicing core socialist values,implementing the fundamental task of morality education,cultivating craftsmanship spirit,and inheriting the red culture.Therefore,this paper actively explores effective ways to carry forward the Lei Feng spirit,innovate ideological and political work,and cultivate a new generation of young people from the aspects of strengthening publicity,shaping the education mode of big ideology and politics,innovating the mode and carrier of activities,and establishing an effective incentive mechanism.
