摘  要:为提升临床教学质量,以南京中医药大学常熟附属医院的教学管理人员、临床教师和实习医学生作为研究对象,探讨了基于PDCA循环的附属医院临床教学质量持续改进模式的教学效果.结果显示:实施PDCA循环后,教学管理人员、临床教师和实习医学生对教学质量的评价均在4分以上(5分制);理论考试成绩和技能考核成绩有了显著提高;带教教师比例优化,教学事故发生率显著降低。上述结果表明,基于PDCA循环的临床教学质量持续改进模式能有效提升临床教学质量,可为临床教学管理提供良好参考。To investigate the application effect of the continuous quality improvement model of clinical teaching based on the plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle in affiliated hospitals in enhancing clinical teaching quality,teaching administrators,clinical teachers,and medical interns at the Changshu Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine was selected as research subjects.The results showed that after implementing the PDCA cycle,the evaluation scores of teaching quality from teaching administrators,clinical teachers,and medical interns were all above 4 points(on a 5-point scale).The scores of theoretical exams and skill assessments were significantly improved.The proportion of teaching faculty was optimized,and the incidence of teaching accidents was significantly reduced.These results suggest that the continuous quality improvement model of clinical teaching based on the PDCA cycle can effectively enhance the quality of clinical teaching and provide a good reference for clinical teaching management.
