摘　　要：文章针对职业本科通识课中管理学基础课程的过程性评价探索与实践,分析了现有评价方式的不足,提出构建科学合理的过程性评价体系,涵盖理论知识、实践技能、创新思维及团队协作能力等多维度的评价内容,采用多元化评价方法与工具,确保评价的全面性与准确性,通过实施策略与反馈改进机制,促进学生学习成效与综合素质的全面提升,为职业本科管理学基础教育评价改革提供新思路。This paper focuses on the exploration and practice of process evaluation in the Basics of Management course,a general course for vocational undergraduates.It analyzes the deficiencies of the existing evaluation methods and proposes to construct a scientific and reasonable process evaluation system.This system covers multi-dimensional evaluation contents such as theoretical knowledge,practical skills,innovative thinking,and teamwork ability.By adopting diversified evaluation methods and tools,the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the evaluation are ensured.Through implementation strategies and feedback improvement mechanisms,it promotes the comprehensive improvement of students'learning effectiveness and comprehensive qualities,providing new ideas for the evaluation reform of the Basics of Management education in vocational undergraduate programs.
