审核评估视域下本科教学管理质量保障的有效性分析

摘　　要：受到现代化进程持续推进的影响,各个行业领域对于应用型人才的素质、能力要求越来越严格,因此高校的本科教学成效、人才培养质量受到广泛关注。为了切实保障教育教学质量,尽量多地培养一流本科人才,我国教育部门制定、出台了《普通高等学校本科教育教学审核评估实施方案(2021―2025年)》,把审核评估作为高等学校发展规划的重要内容。基于此,文章首先分析本科教学管理质量保障体系构建的必要性,其次从落实高校主体责任、加强教学质量监控、持续优化教学质量等方面深入探究审核评估视域下提升本科教学管理质量保障有效性的实践策略,以期打造高校教育的“质量品牌”。Affected by the continuous advancement of modernization,various industries and fields have increasingly strict requirements for the quality and ability of applied talents.Therefore,the effectiveness of undergraduate teaching and the quality of talent cultivation in universities have received widespread attention.In order to effectively ensure the quality of education and teaching,and to cultivate first-class undergraduate talents as much as possible,China's education department has formulated and issued the"Implementation Plan for Undergraduate Education Audit and Evaluation in Ordinary Higher Education Institutions(2021-2025)",which regards audit and evaluation as an important part of the development plan of higher education institutions.Based on this,the article first analyzes the necessity of building a quality assurance system for undergraduate teaching management.Secondly,it deeply explores practical strategies to enhance the effectiveness of undergraduate teaching management quality assurance from the perspective of audit and evaluation,including implementing the main responsibility of universities,strengthening teaching quality monitoring,and continuously optimizing teaching quality,in order to create a"quality brand"for higher education.
