教育数字化引领高校金融科技课程教学模式转型的路径探析

摘  要:数字化时代,加快金融科技课程教学模式转型是响应国家战略、推动教育教学改革及培养金融科技人才的关键举措。文章基于教育数字化与金融科技专业教学改革的文献综述,识别当前教学模式的痛点,从市场需求、技术创新和应用需求三个维度阐述转型的必要性。进而提出构建全面深入的金融科技教师数字素养培育体系、实现课程教学内容的全面数字化与动态更新、创新金融科技课程教学方法和建设高标准金融科技课程数字化教学设施四项举措,旨在探索金融科技课程教学模式转型的路径,为培养复合型金融科技人才提供实践参考。Against the backdrop of the digital era,accelerating the transformation of the teaching model for financial technology courses is a crucial measure to respond to national strategies,promote education and teaching reforms,and cultivate financial technology talents.Based on a literature review of educational digitalization and the teaching reform of the financial technology major,this paper identifies the pain points of the current teaching model and elaborates on the necessity of the transformation from three dimensions:market demand,technological innovation,and application requirements.Furthermore,it proposes four measures,including constructing a comprehensive and in-depth cultivation system for the digital literacy of financial technology teachers,achieving the comprehensive digitalization and dynamic update of curriculum teaching content,innovating the teaching methods of financial technology courses,and building high-standard digital teaching facilities for financial technology courses,to explore the path of the transformation of the teaching model for financial technology courses.The aim is to provide practical references for cultivating compound financial technology talents.
