Optimization Strategies for the Teaching Model of the Construction Engineering Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

摘  要:当前许多高职院校教学仍然偏重于理论知识的传授,缺乏实践教学环节,评价机制单一,学生的实际操作能力和解决问题的能力不足,导致学生在实际工作中无法将理论知识有效应用到实践中。文章分析了现行教学模式的不足,提出通过加强校企合作,共建实践教学平台,优化课程体系,构建多元评价体系等策略来优化教学模式。文章通过实际案例分析,强调理论应与实践结合,以提升学生的综合素质和职业能力,期望为高职院校建设工程管理专业的教学改革提供有效的参考与借鉴。Currently,many vocational colleges still focus on imparting theoretical knowledge in their teaching,lacking practical teaching elements,with a single evaluation mechanism,and insufficient students'practical operation and problemsolving abilities.Resulting in students being unable to effectively apply theoretical knowledge to practical work.The article analyzes the shortcomings of the current teaching mode and proposes strategies to optimize the teaching mode,such as strengthening school enterprise cooperation,jointly building practical teaching platforms,optimizing the curriculum system,and constructing a diversified evaluation system.By emphasizing the combination of theory and practice through practical cases,we aim to enhance students'comprehensive quality and professional abilities,and provide effective reference and inspiration for the teaching reform of construction engineering management majors in vocational colleges.
