科教产融合背景下制药工程专业人才培养模式改革

摘　　要：文章秉承“以学生为中心”的教育理念,按照制药工程专业学生毕业出口的不同,进行了学术型/应用型的分类型人才培养教学改革。完善科教融汇机制,将科研资源融入教学,强化学术型学生的基础理论知识,培养学生的科研素质;完善产教融合机制,建立产教融合平台,借助平台企业的优秀资源,培养具有优秀的工程实践能力和应用创新能力的高水平应用型专业技术人才。This article adheres to the educational philosophy of"student-centered"and carries out teaching reforms for the classification of academic/applied talent cultivation according to the different graduation exits of pharmaceutical engineering students.Improve the mechanism of integrating science and education,integrate scientific research resources into teaching,strengthen the basic theoretical level of academic students,and cultivate students'scientific research quality;Improve the mechanism of industry education integration,establish a platform for industry education integration,leverage the excellent resources of platform enterprises,and cultivate high-level applied professional and technical talents with strong engineering practice and application innovation capabilities.
