摘  要:在“岗课赛证”融合驱动下,高职院校护理专业健康评估教学改革应紧密围绕岗位需求、技能大赛标准和职业资格认证要求进行创新。文章基于当前高职院校护理专业健康评估教学的实际情况,从增强课程与岗位的对接、完善课程与竞赛融合、深化课程与职业资格证书的衔接三方面入手,提出“岗课赛证”融合驱动下的高职院校护理专业健康评估教学改革策略,以提升学生的临床操作技能与职业竞争力,实现护理人才培养目标。Driven by the integration of"posts,courses,competitions,and certifications",the reform of health assessment teaching in nursing majors in vocational colleges should closely focus on job requirements,skill competition standards,and vocational qualification certification requirements for innovation.Based on the current situation of health assessment teaching in nursing majors in vocational colleges,this article proposes a reform strategy for health assessment teaching in nursing majors in vocational colleges from three aspects:enhancing the connection between courses and positions,improving the integration of courses and competitions,and deepening the connection between courses and vocational qualification certificates.The strategy aims to improve students'clinical operation skills and professional competitiveness,and achieve the goal of cultivating nursing talents through the integration of"posts,courses,competitions,certificates".
