摘 要:本研究旨在探索以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)与探索性实验教学相结合的药理学实验教学改革模式,以提升学生的创新能力、科研素养及团队合作能力。传统药理学实验教学模式以验证性实验为主,学生被动接受知识,难以激发其自主学习能力和创新实践能力。为应对这一挑战,本研究将PBL与探索性实验教学相结合,强调学生的自主参与,培养其解决实际科研问题的能力。教学效果评价通过问卷调查进行,结果显示,该教学模式显著增强了学生对理论知识的理解、创新思维、动手实践能力、团队协作意识等。本研究表明,PBL与探索性实验教学的结合能够有效提升药理学实验教学质量,培养适应新时代医药行业发展的创新型人才。This study aims to explore a reformed teaching model for pharmacology experiment by integrating Problem-Based Learning(PBL)with exploratory experiments to enhance students'innovation capabilities,research literacy,and teamwork skills.Traditional pharmacology experiment teaching mainly relies on confirmatory experiments,where students passively receive knowledge,making it difficult to foster autonomous learning and innovative practical skills.To address this challenge,this study combines PBL with exploratory experiment teaching,emphasizing students’active participation and developing their ability to solve real scientific research problems.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated through a questionnaire survey,which showed that the new model significantly enhanced students'understanding of theoretical knowledge,innovative thinking,practical skills,and teamwork.This study demonstrates that the combination of PBL and exploratory experiment teaching can effectively improve the quality of pharmacology experiment teaching and cultivate innovative talents to meet the demands of the rapidly evolving pharmaceutical industry.
