摘 要:目的:探究临床病理、病理生理及治疗(CPPT)教学模式对神经内科住培医师教学效果、业务能力的影响。方法:选取2022年1月―2024年6月在本院神经内科接受培训的60名住培医师作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组实施常规教学(n=30),观察组实施CPPT教学(n=30),对比两组的业务能力、教学效果及对教学的满意程度。结果:教学后,观察组业务能力各评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的教学效果各评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组思维能力各评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的教学满意度各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用CPPT教学模式可有效提升住培医师的业务能力,获得良好的教学效果,同时住培医师满意程度较高,值得在医院临床教学中推广。Objective:To explore the impact of the Clinical Pathology,Pathophysiology,and Treatment(CPPT)teaching model on the teaching effectiveness and professional abilities of neurology resident trainees.Method:Sixty resident physicians who received training in the neurology department of our hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine teaching(n=30),while the observation group received CPPT teaching(n=30).The professional abilities,teaching effectiveness,and satisfaction with teaching of the two groups were compared.Result:After teaching,the scores of the observation group's business ability were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The teaching effectiveness scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The scores of the observation group's thinking ability were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The teaching satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of CPPT teaching mode can effectively enhance the professional abilities of resident trainees,achieve good teaching results,and have a high level of satisfaction among resident trainees.It is worth promoting in clinical teaching in hospitals.
