摘  要:文章以广西K大学职教师资本科生为研究对象,通过调研数据分析,发现职教师资本科生在技能提升方面存在课程设置不合理、实践教学不足和校企合作不紧密等问题。为应对上述这些问题,文章从以下三方面提出针对性策略:政府应制定支持职业教育发展的政策,推动企业参与人才培养;学校需优化课程设置,增强实践教学;企业应提供更多实习与就业机会。The article takes the capital students of vocational teachers at K University in Guangxi as the research object.Through data analysis,it is found that vocational teachers'capital students have problems in skill improvement,such as unreasonable curriculum design,insufficient practical teaching,and weak cooperation between schools and enterprises.To address these issues,the article proposes targeted strategies from the following three aspects:the government should formulate policies to support the development of vocational education and promote enterprise participation in talent cultivation;Schools need to optimize their curriculum and enhance practical teaching;Enterprises should provide more internship and employment opportunities.
