摘  要:蜂蛹是蜜蜂(属膜翅目蜜蜂科)、胡蜂(属膜翅目胡蜂科)的蜂王所产蜂卵孵化至蛹期虫态的统称,其虫体可食用,是一种具有重要经济价值的昆虫资源。蜂营养价值丰富,是优质的食品资源和饲料资源。本文对蜂蛹的食用价值及未来应用前景进行分析,以期为蜂蛹产品的研究与开发提供依据。Bee pupae and wasp pupae are kinds of insect state that the eggs produced by the queen bees(Hymenoptera:Apidae)and wasps(Hymenoptera:Vespidae)are from hatching to pupal phase.The insects are edible and have important economic value.It has rich nutritional value and is a high quality food and feed resource.In this review,a comprehensive analysis of the edible value and potential future applications of bee and wasp pupae is conducted,aiming to establish a foundation for the research and development of related products.
