摘 要:在数智化背景下,信息技术和智能化工具在传统建筑业中的应用不断深化,促使建筑企业的人才需求亦随之发生明显变化。文章借助Python计算机语言工具从BOSS直聘招聘网站索引“BIM”“工程管理”等关键词语掘取数据,并利用Excel等工具分析建筑企业招聘的具体要求,最后展示分析结果。数据分析显示,建筑企业在招聘过程中,重点考虑以下几方面能力:职业素养、专业知识体系、智能信息平台应用能力、开发及运维能力。其中,专业知识和智能信息平台应用能力成为招聘的主要影响因素,占比超过60%。基于以上研究结论,本文建议从土木与多学科融合、校企合作等多个维度,为建筑人才的培养提供具体的指导和启示,以适应数智化背景下建筑业发展的新需求。In the era of digital intelligence,the application of information technology and intelligent tools in the traditional construction industry sector has expanded considerably,thereby inducing a pronounced transformation in the talent demands of construction enterprises.This study leverages Python,a computer programming language,to extract data from keywords such as BIM and project management indexed on the BOSS Zhipin recruitment website.Subsequently,tools like Excel are employed to analyze the specific requirements of construction enterprises in recruitment,with the findings of the analysis being presented.The data analysis reveals that construction enterprises place a heightened emphasis on several key capabilities during the recruitment process,namely:personal professional qualities,expert knowledge,as well as the application,development,and operation and maintenance abilities of intelligent information platforms.Among these,expert knowledge and the application of intelligent information platforms emerge as the main influencing factors in recruitment,accounting for over 60%of the considerations.Drawing from these empirical findings,this study suggests that from the perspectives of integration between civil engineering and multidisciplinary fields,and cooperation between schools and enterprises,specific guidance and insights should be provided for the training of construction talents,thereby aligning with the evolving demands of the construction industry development in the digital intelligence context.
