儒家文化如何赋能体育志愿服务组织高质量发展?--基于S足球俱乐部的田野调查

摘　　要：以S足球俱乐部为田野个案,基于非正式制度理论视角,剖析儒家文化赋能志愿服务组织高质量发展的内、外双重作用路径。儒家文化所蕴含的组织管理思想能够通过赋能体育志愿服务组织内部运行,促进自身高质量发展:“日日新”创新精神指导体育志愿服务组织优化内部治理结构;“为政以德”领导哲学塑造其领导行为模式;“以人为本”管理理念引导其重视人力资本;“义先于利”反功利意识约束其市场化行为,继而实现“内圣”之路。儒家文化所隐含的公共性思想通过赋能体育志愿服务组织社会功能,促进其参与体育公共治理高质量发展:“心怀天下”社会责任观鞭策体育志愿服务组织提供体育公共服务;“忧天下”理想观指引其倡导体育公共政策;“仁者爱人”公益思想引导助力乡村体育振兴;“大同社会”公共精神推动其筑牢社区共同体,从而实现“外王”之道。因此,应强化儒家文化对体育志愿服务组织的价值引导,推动儒家文化融入体育志愿服务组织,走“体育+文化”的中国特色体育强国之路。Taking S Football Club as a field case and from the perspective of the informal institution theory,this paper analyze the dual role of internal and external paths of high-quality development for voluntary service organizations empowered by Confucian culture.The organizational management thoughts contained in Confucian culture can empower the internal operation of sports voluntary service organizations and facilitate their high-quality self-development.The innovative spirit of“renewing daily”guides sports voluntary service organizations to optimize their internal governance structure,the leadership philosophy of“governing with virtue”shapes their leadership behavior patterns,and the management concept of“people-oriented”leads them to attach importance to human capital.The anti-utilitarian consciousness of“prioritizing righteousness over profit”restrains their market-oriented behavior,thereby achieving the“inner sage”path.Meanwhile,the public thoughts implicitly present in Confucian culture can empower the social functions of sports voluntary service organizations and promote their high-quality participation in sports public governance.The social responsibility concept of“caring for the world”urges sports voluntary service organizations to provide sports public services;the ideal concept of“worrying about the world”guides them to advocate for sports public policies;the public welfare thought of“loving people with kindness”guides and assists in the revitalization of rural sports;the public spirit of“a harmonious and great society”impels them to consolidate the community as a whole,thus realizing the“outer king”path.Therefore,it is essential to intensify the value guidance of Confucian culture for sports voluntary service organizations;promote the integration of Confucian culture into sports voluntary service organizations and embark on the“sports plus culture”path of building a sports power with Chinese characteristics.
