极薄镀锌板冷连轧流程板形控制实践

摘  要:从生产实践角度分析了极薄镀锌板板形缺陷的产生原因,结果表明带钢边部覆盖函数直接影响板形。从冷硬带钢板形、光整机板形和拉矫机板形3个方面采取控制措施。对板形控制程序进行解析,将冷硬带钢边部覆盖率降至50.0%。根据经验设定光整机前后带钢张力和轧制力等参数,镀锌生产线拉矫机延伸率设定为恒定值控制,适当增加拉矫机延伸率,将拉矫机延伸率增加0.1%,调整带钢边部覆盖函数可以对带钢板形控制起到积极作用,镀锌生产线光整机和拉矫机的协同作用也可有效改善带钢板形。From the point of production practice,causes of shape defects of ultra thin galvanized sheet are analyzed.Results show that strip edge coverage function directly affects sheet shape.Control measures are taken from three aspects:cold strip shape,temper mill shape and tension leveler shape.Flatness control program was analyzed to reduce edge coverage rate of chilled steel strip to 50.0%.Set parameters such as strip tension and rolling force before and after finishing mill according to experience.Elongation of tension leveler of galvanizing production line is set to constant value,elongation of tension leveler is appropriately increased,and elongation of tension leveler is increased 0.1%.Adjusting strip edge coverage function can play a positive role in strip shape control.Cooperative action of finishing machine and tension leveler of galvanizing production line can effectively improve strip shape.
