摘　　要：“双高计划”的实施对促进职业教育质量的提升、满足经济社会发展对高技能人才的需求以及推动高职教育改革与创新具有重要意义。科技创新服务平台是学校、教师实践科研创新的土壤。以福建水利电力职业技术学院为例,研究“双高计划”建设背景下高职院校科技创新服务平台构建策略,提出了资源整合、机制创新、服务能力提升等策略,为高职院校提升科技创新服务能力提供参考。The implementation of“double high plan”is of great significance to promoting the improvement of vocational education quality,meeting the demand for high-skilled talents in economic and social development,and promoting the reform and innovation of higher vocational education.Science and technology innovation service platform is the soil for schools and teachers to practice scientific research innovation.Taking Fujian Water Resources and Electric Power Vocational and Technical College as an example,the construction strategy of science and technology innovation service platform in higher vocational colleges under the background of“double high plan”construction is studied,and strategies such as resource integration,mechanism innovation,and service capacity improvement are proposed,which provides a reference for higher vocational colleges to improve their science and technology innovation service capabilities.
