摘 要:有限元计算被广泛应用于盾构法隧道结构设计、施工和运维的各个阶段,为工程决策提供支持。探讨了有限元计算中外荷载模拟方式对隧道受力和变形计算结果的影响,采用通用有限元软件建立了隧道三维精细化非线性有限元模型,在3种典型荷载模拟方式下进行了计算,并与足尺试验进行对比验证。研究结果表明,同等荷载条件下的足尺试验和数值模拟结果基本吻合,验证了该模型的准确性;荷载模拟方式对结构的变形和受力计算结果存在显著影响,当结构达到屈服时,不同模拟方式下的竖向极限荷载相对差可达13.8%,同等荷载水平下的收敛变形差值最大可达50 mm以上。该研究成果可为类似盾构隧道结构的数值分析提供参考。Finite element analysis(FEA)has been widely applied in all stages of the design,construction,operation and maintenance of tunnel structures by shield tunneling method,and provided support for engineering decisions.The influence of external load simulation methods by FEA on the calculation results of tunnel stress and deformation was studied in this paper.A refined 3D nonlinear finite element model of the tunnel was established using the generalpurpose finite element software.Calculations were conducted under three typical load simulation methods and the results were compared with full-scale experiments.The research results indicate that the full-scaleexperimental and numerical simulationresults are basically consistentunder the same load conditions,which verifying the accuracy of the model;The load simulation method has a significant impact on the calculated results of the structure deformation and stress.When the structure reaches yield,the relative difference of vertical ultimate load can reach 13.8%by different simulation methods.The maximum difference of convergence deformation can exceed 50 mm under the same load level.The research achievement can provide reference for numerical analysis of similar to shield tunnels.
