摘　　要：该文探讨了高等职业院校在实施心理健康教育过程中遇到的挑战,通过对西安医学高等专科学校实施的“一站式”学生社区心理培育项目进行分析,提出以学生社区为平台,借助完善制度、加强团队建设、创造良好环境及提供个别化服务等手段,建立“协同—并行”的心理教育工作模式,这一模式旨在为学生带来更加精准、个性化及量身定制的心理健康关怀,从而全方位提升学生的心理健康水平。This article discusses the challenges encountered by higher vocational colleges in the implementation of mental health education.By analyzing the mental health education project of “one-stop” student community implemented by Xi'an Medical College,it proposes to take measures such as improving the system,strengthening team building,creating a good environment and providing individualized services,with the student community as a platform,so as to establish a “collaborative-parallel” model of mental health education,which aims to provide students with more accurate,personalized and customized mental health care,thereby enhancing students' mental health status in all aspects.
