摘  要:研究生教育是最高层次的学历教育,大土木类研究生是城市现代化建设中运维、防灾减灾等领域不可或缺的中坚力量。在大土木类研究生的教育过程中,如何将先进的思政教育理念与高标准的科研训练培养质量相结合,是当前众多高校思政教学改革面临的主要难题。该文从大土木类研究生思政教育模式的基本现状和存在的主要问题出发,探讨了从全过程育人策略优化体系构建、全方位育人策略优化结构设计和全员育人策略优化机制研究等方面进行改革的路径,以期为有效提升大土木类研究生的综合素质培养质量提供参考。Graduate education is the highest level of academic education,and civil engineering graduate students are an indispensable backbone in the fields of operation and maintenance,disaster prevention and mitigation in urban modernization.In the education process of civil engineering graduate students,how to combine advanced concepts of ideological and political education with high-standard training of scientific research is the main problem faced by the ideological and political teaching reform in many universities.Starting from the basic status and main problems of the current ideological and political education model for civil engineering graduate students,this paper explores the path of reform from the aspects of optimizing institutional construction through wholeprocess education,optimizing structural design through all-round education,and optimizing the research of mechanism through full-staff education,in order to provide reference for the effective improvement of the comprehensive quality training of civil engineering graduate students.
