应用型本科人才培养模式演进研究——以农地矛盾纠纷化解实践教学为例

摘  要:在推动经济社会高质量发展的新征程上,不仅要大力培养“高精尖缺”技术研发型人才,还要聚力培养高素质的应用技术型人才,有效推动人才要素集聚,夯实新质生产力发展的人才之基。该文以X区农地矛盾纠纷化解的实践教学为例,对应用型本科人才的培养模式迭代进行研究。研究发现,应用型本科人才的培养模式从传统模式走向融合模式,更加有利于培养满足国家经济科技发展现实需要、具有较高综合素质和综合能力的应用型本科人才。On the new journey of promoting high-quality economic and social development,it is necessary not only to vigorously cultivate “high-end,cutting-edge,and scarce” technology research talents but also to focus on nurturing high-quality application-oriented talents.This will effectively promote the concentration of talent elements and consolidate the foundation of talent support for the development of new quality productive forces.Taking the practical teaching of resolving contradictions and disputes over farmland in District X as an example,this paper studies the iteration of talent cultivation models for application-oriented universities.The research finds that the cultivation model for application-oriented talents has shifted from a traditional model to an integrated model,which is more conducive to cultivating application-oriented talents who meet the practical needs of national economic and technological development and possess strong comprehensive qualities and abilities.
