乡村振兴背景下高职院校旅游教育服务乡村旅游发展的路径探究

摘　　要：乡村旅游对于乡村振兴和解决“三农”问题起着重要作用。在推动乡村旅游发展的过程中,我们不仅要提升乡村旅游的品质,还要积极培育与乡村旅游综合开发紧密相关的高素质人才。作为人才培养的重要基地,高职院校在乡村旅游人才的培养上起着关键作用。因此,探讨高职院校旅游教育如何更有效地服务乡村旅游,成为突破乡村旅游发展瓶颈的关键一环。在乡村振兴背景下,高职院校旅游教育的人才培养模式要跟上社会发展的趋势,不仅要负责乡村旅游人才培训,还应当培养高素质创新型旅游人才。文章分析了当前高职院校旅游教育服务乡村旅游发展存在的问题,并提出了对策。Rural tourism plays an important role in rural revitalization and solving the three rural issues.Developing rural tourism requires not only improving the quality of rural tourism,but also training high-quality talent directly related to the comprehensive development of rural tourism.As an important base for talent training,higher vocational colleges play a key role in training rural tourism talent.Therefore,it has become a key link in breaking through the bottleneck of rural tourism development by exploring how tourism education in higher vocational colleges more effectively serves rural tourism development.Under the background of rural revitalization,the talent training model of tourism education in higher vocational colleges must keep up with the trend of social development.It should not only be responsible for training rural tourism talent,but also train high-quality innovative tourism talent.The article analyzes the current problems in the tourism education of higher vocational colleges serving the development of rural tourism and puts forward countermeasures.
