摘 要:“双师型”师资队伍建设,能够有效促进产教融合,推动民办高校教育现代化,并提升教师队伍整体素质及教学质量,确保民办高校教学能够满足社会经济发展需求。但现阶段,部分民办高校“双师型”师资队伍建设过程中,仍存在“双师型”教师培养机制不完善、“双师型”教师的激励机制不足、“双师型”教师队伍结构不合理等问题。对此,文章提出民办高校“双师型”师资队伍建设路径:完善“双师型”教师培养机制,提升教师综合素质能力;健全“双师型”教师激励机制,加大师德师风建设力度;优化“双师型”教师队伍结构,推进“双师”稳序发展。The construction of a"double-qualified"teaching staff can effectively promote the integration of industry and education,drive the modernization of education in private universities,improve the overall quality of the teaching staff and teaching quality,and ensure that the teaching in private universities can meet the needs of social and economic development.However,at present,during the construction of the"double-qualified"teaching staff in some private universities,there are still problems such as an imperfect training mechanism for"double-qualified"teachers,insufficient incentive mechanisms for"doublequalified"teachers,and an unreasonable structure of the"double-qualified"teaching staff.In response to these problems,this paper proposes the following paths for the construction of the"double-qualified"teaching staff in private universities:improving the training mechanism for"double-qualified"teachers to enhance their comprehensive quality and capabilities;improving the incentive mechanism for"double-qualified"teachers and strengthening the construction of teachers'professional ethics;optimizing the structure of the"double-qualified"teaching staff to promote the stable and orderly development of"double-qualified"teachers.
