产教融合视域下高职就业指导课程改革路径探索

摘  要:随着产业结构的不断调整和市场对复合型、实践型人才需求的日益增长,国家相继出台了一系列政策文件,倡导产教深度融合,推动高职教育与产业链的协同发展,以确保人才培养方向与市场需求高效对接。从高职就业指导课程教学现状来看,其仍存在校企合作流于形式、课程内容较为陈旧、师资队伍短缺等问题。对此,研究提出搭建校企实训基地、打造特色教学内容、建设专业师资队伍等措施,助力实现就业指导教学“知识、技能、实践”三者相统一,为社会源源不断地提供高素质技术技能人才。With the continuous adjustment of industrial structure and the increasing demand for compound and practical talents in the market,the country has successively issued a series of policy documents advocating for deep integration of industry and education,promoting the coordinated development of higher vocational education and the industrial chain,to ensure efficient alignment between talent training direction and market demand.From the current situation of vocational employment guidance course teaching,there are still problems such as the formality of school enterprise cooperation,outdated course content,and shortage of teaching staff.In response,the study proposes measures such as establishing school enterprise training bases,creating distinctive teaching content,and building professional teaching staff to help achieve the unity of"knowledge,skills,and practice"in employment guidance teaching,and continuously provide high-quality technical and skilled talents for society.
