社团活动在高校思政育人工作中的作用机制研究

摘　　要：随着高校思政育人工作重要性的凸显,社团活动作为学生工作的重要组成部分,对思政育人有着不可忽视的影响。文章分析社团活动在高校思政育人中的积极作用,指出其面临思政育人目标内化偏差、多元价值冲击、资源不均衡、网络引导困境等挑战,并针对性地从精准内化目标、强化主流价值引领、优化资源配置、善用网络优势等方面提出有效路径,旨在为提升社团活动在高校思政育人中的作用提供参考,助力高校思政工作更好开展。With the increasing prominence of the importance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,community activities,as an important part of student work,have a non-negligible impact on ideological and political education.This paper analyzes the positive role of community activities in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,points out the challenges they face,such as deviations in the internalization of ideological and political education goals,the impact of diverse values,uneven resource distribution,and difficulties in online guidance.Correspondingly,it proposes effective paths from aspects such as accurately internalizing goals,strengthening the guidance of mainstream values,optimizing resource allocation,and making good use of the advantages of the Internet.The aim is to provide a reference for enhancing the role of community activities in ideological and political education in colleges and universities and to facilitate the better development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
