摘　　要：结直肠息肉是一种起源于肠黏膜的局部隆起性病变,被认为是结直肠癌的主要癌前病变。近年来,有研究表明,高脂血症是结直肠息肉发生发展过程中的重要危险因素。进一步研究证实,不同的血脂组分对息肉的数量、部位及病理类型均存在潜在影响。血脂异常可通过激活胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)过表达、诱导炎症反应、刺激胆汁酸分泌、引发氧化应激损伤等多种途径促进结直肠息肉的发生发展。本文主要对血脂代谢异常在结直肠息肉形成中的影响及致病机制进行系统总结,强调血脂管理在结直肠息肉及早癌防治中的价值,为临床实践提供新的视角和策略。Colorectal polyps,a localized swelling of the intestinal mucosa,are considered to be the main precancerous lesions of colorectal cancer.Recent studies have shown that hyperlipidemia is an important risk factor in the occurrence and development of colorectal polyps.Further studies confirmed that different lipid components had potential effects on the number,location and pathological types of polyps.Dyslipidemia can promote the occurrence and development of colorectal polyps through activation of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)overexpression,induction of inflammation,stimulation of bile acid secretion,oxidative stress injury and other ways.In this paper,the effects of abnormal lipid metabolism on colorectal polyp formation and its pathogenic mechanism were systematically summarized,emphasizing the value of lipid management in the early prevention and treatment of colorectal polyp and early cancer,and providing a new perspective and strategy for clinical practice.
