摘　　要：外泌体作为信息交流的载体,携带蛋白质、脂质、DNA、mRNA以及非编码RNA等生物活性物质进入人体体液,在细胞间信息交流中发挥巨大作用。外泌体在肿瘤细胞的增殖、上皮-间质转化和肿瘤微环境的形成中发挥了关键作用。近年来,外泌体在子宫内膜癌(endometrial cancer,EC)诊断、治疗中的作用逐渐成为研究的热点。研究发现,外泌体直接或间接介导了EC细胞的生长、转移,可作为EC诊断和预后的标志物,并可作为EC治疗的靶点。本文对外泌体在EC的诊断和治疗的研究进展进行综述,以期为EC的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。As carriers of information exchange,exosomes carry bioactive substances such as proteins,lipids,DNA,mRNA and non-coding RNA into human body fluids and play important roles in information exchange between cells,such as tumor cell proliferation,epithelial mesenchymal transformation and tumor microenvironment formation.In recent years,exosomes have increasingly become a focus of research for their role in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer.Studies have found that exosomes directly or indirectly mediate the growth and metastasis of endometrial cancer cells,which can be used as markers for the diagnosis and prognosis of endometrial cancer,and can be used as targets for the treatment of endometrial cancer.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress of exosome in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer.
