摘  要:阿尔茨海默病是一种常在老年人中呈进行性发展的神经退行性疾病,对其早期预防和治疗成为重要的医学干预手段.基于ADNI数据进行统计分析,首先,运用随机森林算法筛选诱发病因的关键指标,采用Spearman检验这些指标具有高度相关性;其次,采用有序Logistic回归方法构建该种疾病的智能诊断模型;最后,运用解释结构模型对诱发病因进行分层分析,为诊断疾病从CN阶段进展至AD阶段提供认知参考,从而达到早期科学预防与智能诊断的目的.Alzheimer's disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder commonly seen in the elderly,and early prevention and treatment have become important medical interventions.Based on statistical analysis of ADNI data,we first used the random forest algorithm to identify key indicators that induce the disease,and employed the Spearman test to confirm the high correlation of these indicators.Next,we constructed an intelligent diagnostic model for the disease using ordered logistic regression.Finally,we performed a stratified analysis of the inducing causes using an interpretive structural model,providing cognitive references for diagnosing the progression of the disease from the CN stage to the AD stage,thereby achieving early scientific prevention and intelligent diagnosis.
