躯体形式障碍与“阳气怫郁型”红外热成像的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 证实90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)高分值与红外热成像特异性图像相符,提高患者对躯体形式障碍的心理因素认知程度,有助于临床确定诊疗方向,提高疗效。方法 选取2021年3月至2023年6月于广州中医药大学附属中山中医院治未病科125例就诊人员,用SCL-90总均分(标准分)分组,≥60分以上作为阳性值组(68例),<60分作为正常值组(57例)。两组均完成SCL-90评分及红外热成像检查。结果 阳性值组总均分、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑评分均大于正常值组(均P <0.05),证明分组依据可靠,进一步对比阳性值组的红外热成像前躯干、后躯干、任脉、督脉、上焦、中焦、下焦平均热值均高于正常值组,其中任脉、中焦、下焦平均热值与正常值组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),提示阳性值组患者红外热成像图热值,可作为SCL-90异常者的功能影像学检查方法。结论 躯体形式障碍与“阳气怫郁型”红外热成像确有相关性。Objective To confirm the consistency between high scores on the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)and the specific images of infrared thermal imaging,enhance patients’understanding of the psychological factors related to somatoform disorder,and assist general outpatient physicians in referring patients through the specific images of infrared thermal imaging.Methods A total of 125 patients from March 2021 to June 2023 in Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divided by SCL-90 total mean score(standard score),with scores≥60 as the positive value group(68 cases)and 60 as the normal value group(57 cases).Both groups completed SCL-90 score and infrared thermal imaging.Results The total mean score,somatization,depression and anxiety scores of the positive value group were all higher than those of the normal value group(P<0.05),which proved that the grouping basis was reliable.The average caloric value of the anterior torso,posterior torso,left pulse,right pulse,upper focal point,middle focal point and lower focal point of the positive value group were all higher than those of the normal value group.The average caloric value of any pulse,middle focal point and lower focal point was significantly different from that of the normal group(P<0.05),suggesting that the caloric value of infrared thermal imaging of patients in the positive value group could be used as a functional imaging method for SCL-90 abnormity.Conclusions There is indeed a correlation between somatoform disorder and“Yang Qi Fu Yu Type”infrared thermal imaging.
