摘　　要：目的 评价在阿片类药物治疗癌痛爆发痛患者中开展临床药师服务的干预效果。方法 共计抽选睢宁县人民医院100例癌痛爆发痛患者参与本次研究,均是2022年8月至2024年8月入院,运用奇偶数列分组法,对照组(50例)为常规用药指导,观察组(50例)结合临床药师服务,通过进行疼痛缓解情况、用药依从性、情绪状态、生活质量和满意度等相关指标的差异分析,分析干预效果。结果 缓解后,观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组,缓解时间短于对照组(均P <0.05)。干预后,观察组用药总依从性、总满意度,及社会功能、生理功能、情感职能和精神状态评分均比对照组高(均P <0.05)。干预后,观察组的焦虑、抑郁和压力评分均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 临床药师服务不仅可促进阿片类药物治疗癌痛爆发痛患者的疼痛程度缓解,还可高其用药依从性,改善其消极情绪,促进患者的生活质量改善与满意度提升。Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of clinical pharmacist services in the treatment of cancer pain outbreak patients with opioid drugs.Methods A total of 100 cancer pain outbreak patients from Suining County People’s Hospital were selected to participate in this study,all admitted between August 2022 and August 2024.The odd even sequence grouping method was used,with the control group(50 cases)receiving routine medication guidance and the observation group(50 cases)receiving clinical pharmacist services.The intervention effect was analyzed by comparing the differences in pain relief,adverse reactions,medication compliance,emotional state,quality of life,and satisfaction.Results After remission,the observation group had lower pain scores and shorter time to remission than the control group(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the observation group had higher total medication adherence,total satisfaction,and scores of social functioning,physical functioning,emotional functioning,and mental status than the control group(all P<0.05).After the intervention,anxiety,depression and stress scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical pharmacist services can not only promote pain relief in patients with cancer pain outbreaks treated with opioid drugs,but also improve their medication compliance,alleviate their negative emotions,and enhance their quality of life and satisfaction.
